  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days.

  • Express Shipping (US): 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Delivery time varies by country (typically 7–21 business days).

  • Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your shipment directly with the carrier.

5. Delays & Issues

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs clearance.

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at support@romeoshealthheaven.com and we will assist you.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue.

  • Lost packages must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
